Since IMPRES Technology Solutions (IMPRES), Inc. began over 11 years ago, they have continually grown revenue and market share by meticulously delving into new markets, while evolving existing ones. With their federal/state/local governments, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community (IC) business expanding; IMPRES outgrew their current office space.
With the adaption of their ISO 9001:2008 Quality Policy, IMPRES also needed to transform their workspace to coincide with new, streamlined processes and procedures. “The new office configuration will allow us to support our current customers, while providing much needed space for our expanding professional services team,” commented Steve Ridgeway, Director of Federal Sales.
“The move to this facility was the only way to efficiently, strategically, and tactically support our emerging business. Our core market has become much more focused. This change can be seen by our updated products and professional services to support key cyber-security and data center projects/programs.
