Round Rock, TX, February 12, 2024– IMPRES Technology Solutions, Inc., a leading federal IT solutions and services provider, today announced that John Podolak will lead IMPRES’ Sales, Services and Marketing Functions as Chief Revenue Officer.
Since joining IMPRES in 2013, Podolak has demonstrated a decade-long track record of mission focused sales performance, team building and vision while leading IMPRES’ Defense Sector. Under his guidance, the sector consistently surpassed year over year sales performance goals, expanded its reach to DoD Customers in the PACRIM and EMEA and delivered 5x Revenue growth during his tenure.
A 1988 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Podolak’s began his career in the military as an S-3B Naval Flight Officer with multiple Arabian Gulf deployments, over 300 carrier landings and staff experience as Intelligence Operations Officer at U.S. Central Command. Prior to IMPRES, Podolak was responsible for Federal Strategic Program pursuits at Dell Technologies. Additionally, his career includes aerospace program management with L-3 Communications and airline operations with Delta, America West, and SkyWest.
As the Chief Revenue Officer, Podolak will scale our customer mission-focused culture, structure, and accountability to accelerate growth and while maintaining IMPRES’ excellent reputation in the market. Collectively sales, services, and marketing will report to and support this role.
