SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA – May 17, 2021 – IMPRES Technology Solutions, Inc., an SBA-certified HUBZone Small Business and Federal solution and services provider, has been awarded by the General Services Administration (GSA) a Second-Generation Information Technology (2GIT) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

IMPRES has received a five-year term BPA, which is split among five line-item categories: data center, end user, network, radio equipment, and order level material. The 2GIT BPA replaces the expiring Network-Centric Solutions-2 IT Products contract, delivering a streamlined process for purchasing IT hardware and software through GSA Advantage.

The BPA ensures vendors are pre-vetted for supply chain risk management plans to report and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities. It also facilitates the collection of prices-paid data and tracking of savings and reduction in costs and administrative burden. The contract vehicle was designed with the Air Force’s specific needs in mind. However, as a GSA contract, 2GIT is open to all federal buyers.

“We are delighted to maintain this BPA award, and are honored to continue our work supporting the Air Force and associated federal communities by providing IT solutions and emerging technology products,” said Richard Fu, CEO of IMPRES.

It is estimated by GSA to be worth $5.5 billion over five years, will provide agencies access to pre-approved companies with accompanying supply chain risk assurances. It also includes on-site and virtual customer support and training.
