IMPRES Technology Solutions, Inc. provided over 1,500 rugged Dell E6420 XFRs procured under the Army’s Common Hardware Systems-4 (CHS-4) contract. This marks the first time an integrator has delivered the new Dell Latitude 14 Rugged Extreme laptop to the U.S. Army. These rugged systems will be deployed in various theaters of operation to aid with the Army’s numerous missions in extreme environments.

The CHS-4 contract provides military and government communities with access to the latest rugged, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), purpose-built computers, and network equipment. In addition, CHS-4 provides technical support and logistics provisions that offer a wide range of services from rapid equipment repair and replacement to deploying field service personnel to CHS-4 user locations worldwide.
