Largest Tribal event of the year with customers from all over the country. Many opportunities to connect with new customers at our booth, HH’s, and we are hoping to host another HH with a couple other partners, just needing to decide who we are going to partner with this again year. The sessions allow us to hear from customers on challenges they are facing and things they are looking into to implement coming in the future.

FATHOMWERX is a public-private innovation lab and community based at the Port of Hueneme, California, created to connect small companies, academia, and Department of Defense stakeholders around technology challenges in the military, port, and maritime sectors. It’s backed by a partnership that includes the Ventura Tech Bridge (NavalX), NSWC Port Hueneme, NAVFAC EXWC, the Economic Development Collaborative, the Port of Hueneme, and Matter Labs. The facility itself spans roughly 20,000 sq ft for testing and prototyping plus another 40,000 sq ft for demonstrations and exercises, positioning it as an incubator for defense-relevant technology and a magnet for venture investment in the region. Its flagship event, the FATHOMWERX Summit, will run October 14–15, 2026 at the Port of Hueneme. The summit is built around “encouraging collisions at the intersections between industry, academia, the Department of the Navy, and allied forces,” and combines technology demonstrations, networking, and briefings for a mix of attendees: defense industrial base companies, academic researchers, government civilians and contractors, active/retired military, and participants in the ANTX Coastal Trident exercise.
