IMPRES is seeking a Tradeshows & Events Manager to plan, execute, and optimize company participation in trade shows, conferences, and customer events. You'll play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth through high-impact, well-executed events.
This role is equal parts strategy and execution: you'll recommend new sponsorship opportunities based on ROI and audience fit, manage logistics including booth selection, contracts, shipping, and travel coordination, and serve as the primary onsite point of contact. You'll also own event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, oversee lead capture processes, and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, budget-conscious, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
The Marketing & Events team drives IMPRES brand visibility and lead generation through strategic event participation, content development, and customer engagement programs. They partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure events translate into qualified pipeline and measurable business impact—from initial planning through post-event follow-up and ROI analysis.
