Role Summary

The Tradeshows & Events Manager at IMPRES Technology Solutions owns the end-to-end planning and execution of our annual events calendar—from major defense and federal IT conferences like WEST and AFCEA to internal meetings, customer appreciation events, and partner engagements. You'll also own event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, oversee lead capture processes, and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, budget-conscious, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
