Role Summary

At IMPRES Technology Solutions, we empower federal agencies with cutting-edge Enterprise IT and IT Security solutions that keep missions moving forward. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our sales organization — driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our Federal customers. Partnering closely with our Field Account Executives, you'll manage the full sales cycle and play a vital role in connecting customers with the technology solutions that power their success. This position reports to the Director of Inside Sales.

What you'll do
  • Proactively connect with new contacts, accounts, and prospects through phone and email outreach — and track every interaction in our CRM.
  • Qualify and nurture leads within target accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Coordinate meaningful technical discussions between customers and our internal experts.
  • Build trusted relationships with supplier partners and collaborate to register deals and grow mutual success.
  • Create quotes, bids, and proposals that are accurate, timely, and customer-focused.
  • Keep your sales forecast accurate and current to support team goals.
  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and keeping communication open.
  • Support the entire sales cycle, bridging communication between customers, contracting shops, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Continually grow your sales and technical expertise through product, process, and federal contracting training.
  • Follow company policies and suggest improvements that make our systems stronger.
  • Take on additional projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship (required)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1–3 years of technology sales experience (inside or outside sales)
  • 1–3 years working with Federal contracts (SEWP, GSA, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Federal Bid Board CRMs
  • A passion for technology and a customer-first mindset
